What is the delivery time for my order?
All products are made to order and individually 3D printed. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before your order is shipped.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Netherlands: €6.95
- European Union: €15 – €25 (depending on destination)
Will I receive a Track & Trace code?
Yes, all orders are shipped with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package every step of the way.
My order has not arrived — What should I do?
Please check your Track & Trace link first, as delivery times can occasionally be longer due to high demand or carrier delays, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

My package is delayed or lost — what happens next?
If your package appears to be delayed, we recommend monitoring the Track & Trace updates for the latest information.
If the tracking shows no progress for several days or indicates a problem, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund if necessary.

Returns & Refunds
We’re sorry to hear that your order was not what you expected. You have the option to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact page and include your order number along with the reason for your return request. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must meet the following conditions: the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Please also note that Lumis is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipment, so we recommend packaging your item securely.
Once we have received your return, it will be inspected and processed within 5–7 business days. After approval, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
